Our major aim is advancement of technology in our country
We believe that the key to development of our country, and indeed that of Africa as a continent is by embracing modern technology whole-heartedly and utilizing it to the full. Bana intends to do exactly that; utilize and encourage the utilization of technology to improve on the collective living standards of the citizens of Africa in general and Uganda in particular. We have a special interest in applying technology to real-life situations. Our mission statement "To harness the power of technology as a pivotal factor in the development of the nation" sums up our objectives. This statement summarizes our vision and all we hope to be. We see no reason whatsoever why we should lag behind in development when we have the greatest resource of all - the human resource. We believe that we can solve our problems without the need for foreigners solving them for us. We believe that it is possible to leapfrog in development to a level that we only dream about now.
